Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Personalized items are not eligible for returns due to their custom nature. To be eligible for a return on non-personalized items, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (if applicable, tags attached and intact). Your item must be in its original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Personalized Items Return Policy

 

All custom products are final sale due to their personalized nature.


If your order is incorrect due to an error on our part, we will be happy to fix that at no cost to you.


Crown Purse
Please note that all sizing is listed for your very own customized Crown Couture Crown Purse, so be sure to measure your crowns, or contact us for help to ensure sizing is correct before ordering.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Returns are processed within 2-5 business days of receipt.


If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

 

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 

Exchanges

 

Hopefully, you love everything you purchased, but if for some reason it does not work out we do offer exchanges on non-personalized items. For questions on exchanges please contact us.

 

Damages (On Delivery)

 

We take every precaution we can to ensure that your Crown Couture product(s) is packaged and shipped in a manner that allows for safe delivery. From time to time, products arrive at their intended destinations damaged. Because of this, Crown Couture Collection insures each parcel containing a Crown Purse or other breakable product. In the event your box arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date and we will work with you to provide a replacement.

 

Shipping

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Please ensure your items are securely packaged! We are not responsible for item(s) that are lost or damaged during their return to our headquarters.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
